How long does each treatment take?
We recommend 5 minutes twice daily on each area you want treated. Mornings and evenings seem to work for most. This twice a day regimen is continued until desired results are achieved. Full written instructions and a training tape come with the system. After you have the results you desire, continue to use the Thigh Design massage unit once weekly. This maintenance regimen sustains the benefits.

Is there any assembly required?
The only assembly is plugging the hand-piece into the main unit and then plugging the electric cord into the standard wall power source. A diagram for assembly is also included in your instruction pamphlet.

How large is the actual appliance?
The Thigh Design Unit is very compact and lightweight, measuring 11 inches long, 6 inches high and 3 1/2 inches wide. It weighs only 4 pounds. You can do your treatments as you read, watch television, or lounge around relaxing. It can be carried and worn with the shoulder strap to allow you to move about during your treatments.
