TESTING:
SafeGuard is the most throroughly tested child seat on the market today. It meets and exceeds all government regulations. First, the SafeGuard Child Seat was tested using a series of applied mechanics tests that simulated the forces of a real-life crash scenario. This allowed us to test our virtual prototypes on how effectively they channeled the energy of a crash away from a child. Next, engineers subjected the SafeGuard Child Seat to more test configurations and dynamic crash tests than required by government standards. Then, the SafeGuard Child Seat was tested for side impact performance. Additional tests were conducted to evaluate the performance in a rear impact. To make sure the SafeGuard Child Seat would withstand extreme and real world conditions, it was subjected to vibration tests. The components that are used to construct the SafeGuard Child Seat are subjected to rigorous quality assurance testing including cycle testing as well as pendulum tests.
